Taraji is it. As an actor, director, writer or producer she’s been nominated for an Academy Award, three Emmys, a Critic’s Choice Award, three BET Awards, has won a Golden Globe and is a NY Times Bestselling Author. But all that aside, she’s most proud of being a single mom and advancing mental health issues in the black community, with the foundation named in honor of her father: The Boris Lawrence Henson Foundation. Taraji is now turning her sights to directing and will shoot her first feature the comedy Two-Faced for Bron Studios.
